Driven by a deep fascination with the complexity of the human experience, I have spent years studying and practicing everything related to the mind, body, and altered states of consciousness. With a background in neuroscience and experience managing international teams and scientific journals, I have also been a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) competitor and coach. These diverse paths have given me a profound understanding of how our thoughts, emotions, and experiences shape our well-being, abilities, and perception of reality.

Over time, my interest has deepened into exploring how the reality we perceive and construct directly influences our wellbeing, body, and abilities. My journey took a pivotal turn after experiencing two burnouts, which eventually led me to hypnotherapy. However, my inner quest began even earlier—in 2019—when I discovered somatic breathwork and cacao ceremonies.

In a world often disconnected from the present—where action takes precedence and the mind dominates—these gentle yet powerful practices helped me return to the essentials: being fully present, listening to my body, and reconnecting with my true essence. They allowed me to recharge, challenge limiting beliefs, connect my inner resources, and cultivate a deep sense of inner balance and harmony.

Supporting women in their growth and evolution is a cause deeply close to my heart—one that has been shaped by my own journey. I am dedicated to guiding women through every stage of life: young girls discovering their potential, expectant mothers seeking a deeper bond with their baby, mothers reclaiming their identity beyond motherhood, and women reconnecting with their desires, boundaries, and authentic voice.

To support this journey, I offer a unique approach that blends cacao and hypnosis, creating a powerful synergy of reconnection, resilience, and gentle transformation.
