How a Session Unfolds

Getting to Know Each Other

Building a strong foundation of trust between practitioner and client is essential for effective support. That’s why I offer the first 15 minutes of consultation—via phone, Zoom, or in person—free of charge. This allows us to establish a shared understanding and define the framework for our work together.

Work Sessions

Hypnotherapy typically follows a cycle of three sessions, each lasting between 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the objectives set during our initial conversation. After this first cycle, the number of additional sessions will vary based on your personal goals and progress.

 

Between Sessions:

Transformation continues beyond our sessions—both consciously and unconsciously. The tools I provide will help you observe and reinforce the first signs of change, ensuring the process is deeply integrated into your daily life.

Reassessment & Follow-Up

At the end of your sessions, we will review your progress and the changes you’ve experienced. Based on your results, needs, and personal preferences, we may choose to extend or adapt the sessions for further support. This final step ensures continuity, whether through ongoing guidance, self-practice tools, or additional sessions tailored to your evolution.
