Privacy and security are of the utmost importance to Connected Healing and we strive to ensure that our technical and organisational measures in place respect your data protection rights.
This Privacy Policy describes our rules regarding the management, processing and storage of personal data submitted in connection with our services. The term ‘personal data’ refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Consent

By registering for our services or by filling in a contact form on our site (www.connectedhealing.ch), you agree and accept that Connected Healing may collect, process, store and/or use the personal data submitted in accordance with the rules set out below.
By giving us your consent, you also retain the right to rectify, the right to be forgotten and/or the right to delete your personal data.

Personal data collected

  • Identity and contact details of the data controller

    Personal data is collected on our site by the company Buccolik, registered in the Commercial Register under number CHE-442.265.664 and whose registered office is in Prangins.

  • Data collected on the site
    When you register for our services, the following data may be collected and processed: email address, title, first name, surname, country, VAT number (if applicable), password, postal address, telephone number, IP address(es) and domain name. When you use our services, the following data is collected and processed: connection data and browsing data where you authorise it, and where applicable, order histories, complaints, incidents, information relating to subscriptions and correspondence on our site. Some data is collected automatically as a result of your actions on the site (see paragraph on cookies below).
    Data submitted should not include sensitive personal data, such as government identifiers (such as social security numbers, driving licence numbers, or taxpayer identification numbers), complete personal credit card or bank account numbers, medical records, or information relating to care requests associated with individuals.
  • Purposes of processing and legal basis
    The main purpose of collecting your personal data is to provide you with a safe, optimal, efficient and personalised experience. To this end, you agree that we may use your personal data to:
    – provide our services and facilitate their operation, including carrying out checks on you in order to do so;
    – resolve any problems in order to improve the use of our site and our services;
    – personalise, evaluate and improve our services, content and documentation;
    – analyse the volume and history of your use of our services;
    – inform you about our services;
    – to prevent, detect and investigate any potentially prohibited and illegal activities or activities contrary to good practice, and to ensure compliance with our general terms and conditions of use and, where applicable, our sending policy;
    • comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
    For customers who have registered directly on the site, we process their data for the purposes of fulfilling the service contract.
    Testimonials
    Connected Healing publishes a list of Clients & Testimonials on its website which includes information about our clients’ names and titles. Connected Healing undertakes to obtain the authorisation of each client before publishing any testimonial on the site. If you wish to be removed from the list, you can send us an email to cosima@connectedhealing.ch and we will remove your information very quickly.
    Recipients of your data
    The personal data collected about you on the site is intended for Connected Healing’s own use.

In addition, Connected Healing does not disclose your personal data to third parties unless (1) you (or your account administrator acting on your behalf) request or authorize the disclosure; (2) the disclosure is required to process transactions or provide services that you have requested (i.e., (3) Connected Healing is compelled to do so by a governmental authority or regulatory body, in response to a court order, subpoena or similar governmental or legal requirement, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

  • Your data protection rights
    In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, which you can exercise by sending us a support ticket to cosima@connectedhealing,ch Your requests will be processed within 30 days. We may ask that your request be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity or authority.
    If you have opened a customer account, you can also change your personal details yourself at any time by logging into your account and clicking on ‘edit my profile’.
    Cookies/Tracking
    As a general rule, Connected Healing uses cookies and tracking in order to improve and personalise the site and/or measure its audience. Cookies are files stored on your computer’s hard drive when you browse the Internet, and in particular the site. A cookie is not used to collect personal data without your knowledge, but to record information relating to your browsing on the site, which may be read directly by Connected Healing during your subsequent visits and requests on the site.
  • If you choose to refuse all cookies, your browsing experience may be reduced when accessing certain pages of the site. The purpose of the cookies used by Connected Healing is to enable or facilitate communication, to enable the provision of services requested by users, to recognise users on a subsequent visit, to secure payments that users may make, to record the language spoken by users or other preferences necessary for the provision of the requested service.
    Connected Healing also uses analysis and tracking tools to measure website and digital data in order to obtain an overview of the customer base, carry out analyses of the browsing experience in order to improve content and send targeted advertising.
    By default, cookies are not automatically installed (with the exception of cookies required for the operation of the Connected Healing website and services, the installation of which is indicated by a banner). In accordance with the applicable regulations, Connected Healing will require your authorisation before installing any other type of cookie on your hard disk. Data retention

Connected Healing collects your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling its contractual obligations as well as information about how and how often you use our services and we store this data in active databases, log files or other types of files for as long as you use our services.
Connected Healing only stores your data for as long as is necessary to provide the service, and no longer than three months after you close your account (unless otherwise required by law). You will be able to access your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period which may vary depending on the type of data concerned. Your event data (statistics for example) will be deleted every 13 months while the account remains active. The content of your message will only be stored for a period of 6 days. Other data may be deleted at any time during active use of your account, in accordance with the provisions set out above.

Data storage and transfer

The hosting servers on which Connected Healing processes and stores the databases are exclusively located within the European Union.
Connected Healing undertakes to inform you immediately, insofar as we are legally authorised to do so, in the event of a request from an administrative or judicial authority relating to your data.

Security

As part of its services, Connected Healing attaches the utmost importance to the security and integrity of its clients’ personal data.
Thus, and in accordance with the RGPD, Connected Healing undertakes to take all useful precautions to preserve the security of the data and in particular to protect them against any accidental or illicit destruction, accidental loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorised access, as well as against any other form of illicit processing or communication to unauthorised persons.
To this end, Connected Healing implements industry standard security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised disclosure.
Furthermore, in order to prevent unauthorised access and to ensure the accuracy and proper use of the data, Connected Healing has put in place appropriate electronic, physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and preserve the data collected through its services.

Even so, no one can consider themselves completely safe from a hacker attack. This is why, in the event of a security vulnerability affecting you, Connected Healing undertakes to inform you as soon as possible and to do its utmost to take all possible measures to neutralise the intrusion and minimise its impact. In the event that you suffer damage as a result of the exploitation of a security flaw by a third party, Connected Healing undertakes to provide you with all the necessary assistance so that you can assert your rights.
You should bear in mind that any user, client or hacker who discovers a security flaw and exploits it is exposed to criminal sanctions and that Connected Healing will take all measures, including filing a complaint and/or taking legal action, to preserve the data and rights of its users and its own and to limit the impact as much as possible.

Modification of the Privacy Policy

Connected Healing reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, in particular in application of changes to the laws and regulations in force. Any changes will be notified to you via our website or by email, wherever possible at least thirty (30) days before they come into effect. We recommend that you check these rules from time to time to remain informed of our procedures and rules concerning your personal information.
